HAVELSAN has signed a new agreement with Boeing to integrate the B737 MAX-8 Full Flight Simulator into its production line. The collaboration will allow HAVELSAN to directly procure Boeing’s official simulator data package, enabling the company to develop training simulators that fully comply with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards.
Previously, HAVELSAN developed B737 MAX simulators using buyer-furnished data provided by customers. Under the new agreement, the company will manage the simulator development process using certified data directly supplied by Boeing, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency in simulator performance.
By accessing Boeing’s simulation data package, HAVELSAN will be able to create more integrated and standardized training systems for potential airline and aviation training customers. The arrangement is expected to streamline the development process while improving compatibility with Boeing aircraft systems and operational procedures.
Full flight simulators play a critical role in pilot training and aviation safety, allowing airlines and training organizations to simulate real flight conditions without operating actual aircraft.
